thank you all for helping me understand.And you are right it's a p-4 2.8 without hyperthreading.So now i see why it will pause others.So 100% per each project is fine. |

i'm new here so hello everyone.I don't understand how the resource usage works.I have seti,predictor,climatepredictor all set to 100% usage,i've seen screen shots where you can give more to others like 600/100/100.But what's the point if two of them pause and one uses all the resources.Do i have this right.What should i have them set to.Seti in my case will take the longest,should i give it more resource or leave them all at 100%.Boinc is set to switch apps. every 60 minutes. |
