Posted 17 Feb 2023 by Brian H Post: Hello,No we didn't, there's no record of us hiding your post. And usually when deleting the first post, the whole thread goes along as well. This looks more like a database corruption, I will report it to David. Excuses for it happening. Thanks, I didn't think I deleted it, no reason to. Being new here, I wondered if it was held for review, or if I had broken a rule. No excuses are necessary, stuff happens. |

Posted 17 Feb 2023 by Brian H Post: Brian, Did you read the ANSWER to your question in the post number 110554 right before this: Thank you, Yes I did. I'm a little wary of disconnecting since the migration. None of my previous work for WCG carried over, and I wasn't able to figure out how to apply the work units done since the migration to my old WCG record. I can't contribute much, and I don't want to risk losing the record of the few jobs I have done. The BOINC messages aren't a bother. Besides, word has it that the HTTP vs. HTTPS issue isn't resolved yet. I'll just wait it out. |

Posted 13 Feb 2023 by Brian H Post: Hello, My original question, Post 109904, has disappeared, and I don't recall deleting it. Could a moderator have done it? If so, I wonder why. The messages instructing me to Remove and Add specific projects persist. I ignore them. I'm unable to do anything about them anyway, the Remove option in Project Commands is grayed out in BOINC Manager! Regards, Brian H |
