1) Message boards : News : Client version 7.8.4 release for Mac (Message 84364) Posted 13 Jan 2018 by Greencomick Post: I've installed 7.8.4 for High Sierra, and every time I check BOINC I see this: SETI@home: Notice from BOINC Task postponed: Suspicious pulse results, host needs reboot or maintenance Wednesday, January 10, 2018 'AMt' 06:12:03 AM In addition, the screensaver no longer works at all. What does this mean? I'm not a computer expert so almost all of this goes way over my head. I like to run SETI but frankly, the BOINC app is so difficult to understand that I think a lot of people shy away from it. I'm nearly there myself... any advice???
