I'm new to BOINC; I'm using the "Quick start" BOINC server, as per: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/QuickStart

A MySQL install was included in that VM. Can anyone tell me the root password for MySQL in that VM? I've tried user/pswd: "root"/"rootpw" (which was the pair for the OS), but it didn't seem to work for MySQL. (Or: maybe it was, and I changed it....)

I'd like to poke around the DB a little, and even connect with MySQL Workbench; thus my interested.

OK, OK. I will scold myself: RTFM.

As stated in the link in the OP: "The passwords can be found in the file README-vbox-image". Sure enough, it contained what I seek.
