Fiit currently appears to solve Reversi puzzles? WUs have no checkpointing, crunch time ranges from about 35 to 98 hours. No message board. Alpha phase...proceed at your own risk. |

Gave up with my one WU - 180 hours, stuck at same percentage for days. Had to reboot, no checkpointing, you know the rest ;) Still no message boards either, which is a bit naughty. I don't think I'll revisit this one as I don't feel a burning need to help mankind by solving reversi puzzles ;) cheers, Al. |

Gave up with my one WU - 180 hours, stuck at same percentage for days. Had to reboot, no checkpointing, you know the rest ;) You are very polite with this statement  I have finished 4 tasks, run time between 35 and 98 hours on my HT'ed, non-OC'ed i7-3770. The last (I mean really the last :) ) one is already running for 279 hours, progress bar stuck on 53.571% and I don't know if it is really running, or if it is some problem there, or... Anyway, my recommendation is to stay away of this "project". NI! ETA: I am shrubbing WU's on all 8 CPU threads. For Science and Shrubberies! Since January 13 2000. |

Message board is up, but no input from admin yet. |

Message boards have disappeared again :( I thought the admin might be showing a little more interest in his project, so I started another WU. 10 days ago. 251 hours, 53%, no checkpointing, task one day overdue. Oh what fun! Cheers, Al. |

I have 4 tasks all overdue ranging from 279 to 426 hours. I am letting them run as I have not seen anything to suggest that these are errors. I have seen WUs running over 500 hours still get credits. As for the message boards, I think it is due to the thousand or so spammers that have joined. It is possible to go directly to threads that you have posted in, just not any of the indexes. |

My long running task ended after 2,717,795 seconds. That's 755 hours, or 31 of your Earth days. The outcome? Yeah, you guessed it ... "Completed, too late to validate" Thanks. A. Bunch. No message boards still, no sign of any admin anywhere. Brilliant. Cheers, Al. |

Well my four tasks died after a rare power outage...2900+ hours lost. WUProp also died so no end of file reported to WUProp and therefore no WUProp hours. I am going to avoid this project for a while in hope that the deadline is changed from a mere two weeks to at least two months. Not going to cross my fingers... |

Has anyone had any luck contacting the admins? The forums are still AWOL and flooded with spam accounts. I also wonder about the rational for using distributed computing when well over 50% of the work is being done by a single user. |

The Server Status page says that the upload/download server is disabled. I doubt anyone would be able to get any tasks or report completed ones anyway. |

Actually I have never seen the upload/download server not disabled. In any case that hasn't stopped the flow of work in the past nor now. Active users: http://boinc.fiit.stuba.sk/top_users.php There are a few who are still crunching. |
