Hello,

I changed the passwords for all my projects through their websites so I don't know if that will affect the projects in my computer. Will I get problems when they ask for new data due to the passwords differences? I didn't want to detach any of them for testing purposes as they're in the middle of tasks.

Thanks in advance

No, a password change will only make a difference when you detach and reattach. It's only to authenticate you as a human to the server, your BOINC makes use of an authentication key to communicate with the server which account it belongs to.

No, it won't be a problem.

A password is needed for the initial attachment only. Once the project is up and running, security is handled by a 32-character 'authenticator'. That won't change.
