I recently installed BOINC 7.2.33 on a new Win7-X64 machine. In all accounts but admin the boinc.exe client would repeatedly crash as is was trying to run with user credentials and boincmgr could not attach. I could not find out why non-admin accounts could not run it. Finally resorted to a service thread type installation with BOINC's own unprivileged account forgoing the use of the GPU. But then the client.exe would run without issues and boincmgr could be used from all accounts.

For any insights I would be grateful.
