Hi. I can download some BOINC logos in BMP format from https://boinc.berkeley.edu/logo . What is the license of that icons?

Thanks. I found a closed-source software with custom license (GFDL-incompatible) that uses that icons. Is that allowed? If no, who is the copyright holder of that icons? I believe we need to contact and tell him about GFDL violation (as FSF suggest).
