Looking for description how to use BOINC under linux (no GUI), best step by step.

Me would call this a "step-by-step". However, if you have difficulties pushing through some task please provide more specifics.

Another alternative would be to install whatever BOINC is in the repo (Raspberry Pi is still on 7.0.27) and then use another machine to manage it. You can use BOINC manager or I prefer to use BOINCtasks. I put a short list of instructions on the BOINCtasks forum on how to setup BT talking to the Raspberry Pi. See here

Another option would be to use BOINCtui which is a text-based manager for Linux. I haven't used it myself. See here
