The boinc doesn't detect my GPU and no GPU tasks cannot be received.
Is there anything wrong with my computer?

I runned lspci -nn and it says :
00:00.0 Host bridge [0600]: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor DRAM Controller [8086:0154] (rev 09)

03:00.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller [10ec:8168] (rev 06)

Note the VGA part and Display part, the VGA controller is :
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation 3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller [8086:0166] (rev 09)

Which seems to be 2500 or 4000.

but the display is :
01:00.0 Display controller [0380]: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI Mars [Radeon HD 8670A/8750M] [1002:6600]

I tried running 'xhost +', 'xhost local:boinc' or installing openCL driver and symlink it to the boinc folder, but none of these seem to work.

It looks like BOINC requires ATI library to run, which is in the proprietary package called 'fglrx' (or 'fglrx-update'), which breaks my 3d acceleration if installed.

I use ATI for second driver, and I did found the source and packed and it is installed successfully.

It looks like my driver doesn't support the latest ATI driver, but older ones doesn't support my X and my kernel... :(

Why the **** did I buy the ATI graphics?!

Did you try the 13.11 beta driver? It's release notes explicitly mentions 8700M series and Ubuntu 13.04 as supported.
