It wanted the weekend off, or Verizon/Comcast have put their extortion claim down already (ref. net neutrality.) ;-)

All the SETI projects and web sites will be unreachable for most of the time during this outage. Collatz is down and appears to have been down for at least 24 hours. Does anyone have any news?

Collatz had issues last couple of months and earlier this year project was fully rebuild too.

Brent, understand that Collatz is a one person project. Slicker has been running it totally on his own. When he's away from his home, he is dependent on it running without much in the way of remote tools to bring it back to life.

I get more on the case of projects that actually have resources to work with.

Radioactiveathome seem to be down, no uploads, no scheduler contacts, Can't even get to their website.

Collatz down again. Appears to have been down since Friday. Anyone know anything? TIA

CPDN will remain offline overnight 05-06 August 2014 (at least).

I have taken the project offline for at least 24 hours, this to investigate the issues reported with the scheduler, specifically the error message:

Can't create/write to file /tmp/MLcE8Edx (and variants on this name)

I also had issues accessing the main database. This is looking like a disk error with the database machine, however more investigation will be needed tomorrow for this.

And it is back.

Seti Beta, says down for maintenance.

Looks like CPDN's main server took a nosedive. No site, no forums, no trickles, no uploads.
