Hi I'm having a problem with project OProject it won't seem to start but my other project is running fine seti@home. I tried updating it, removing it and starting over but nothing works. my server status says Upload/download server SERV Disabled. maybe that's the problem but I'm not sure how to enable it. This problem has been going on for a few days. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If you are not the project administrator of the OProject, then you won't be able to start the upload or Download server. It's not something the volunteers can do for themselves.
