For some reason the last 2 Box's I built & Installed BOINC on the Projects won't Initialize. I've tried several different Versions including 7.0.42 & 7.0.44 but they won't work either. There's nothing different I'm doing than I did to any other Box's I've built. The Client will Attach the Projects & I can get to the Projects using the Manager but it refuses to Initialize them.

When I try a Manual Update the manager shows I've put the request in but never actually makes the request to the Project. 1 of the Box's I did get the Projects Initialized & running by copying the BOINC Files from another Box but that didn't work on the Second Box & I'm at a loss why it's happening ...

If you don't have any projects initialized then it's probably easiest for you and us if you sweep everything out and start from the beginning.

1) Uninstall BOINC
2) delete the entire BOINC data directory
3) install the current version of BOINC
4) attach http://abcathome.com

No shortcuts. Do each step as described. You may not like the ABC@home project but it's just for a test, you can detach it later if you like.

If ABC@home does not initialize then immediately, before you try anything else, copy all the messages from Event Log and paste them into a post here, please.

Which project are you trying to attach to? Are they up?

YoYo, it's up, I'm running it on 17 other Box's ... I was also trying other Projects that I know are up because I'm running them too on the other Box's ...
