Programs seem to run fine, but way more memory is shown that is even in the entire system.

There are only 2 boards.
Device 0 & 1 are a single board (dual 460)
Device 2 is a single board single 460
Both are eVga.

It's a Boinc 7.0.27 Bug in combination with newer Nvidia drivers, there is a partial fix for it in Boinc 7.0.36, and a full fix in Boinc 7.0.38 (but that version has other problems)
