Both of my GPU machines are dead in the water now. Oh well, looks like this challenge is going to be a low scoring one. |

Bookmark https://setiathome.berkeley.edu/show_server_status.php But make very sure you read the time and date on that page. I believe the left side list of machines is current, but the right side list with numbers requires the "data driven web pages" to be running. As the splitters show run state, something should be being split, but it might be hung all on one tape. |

But make very sure you read the time and date on that page. [As of 22 Mar 2017, 16:10:04 UTC] Which is now, 10 minutes ago. Unless all of you are already living on Thursday the 23rd? |

Yes, I've been looking at the SSP since yesterday. It shows there is work. So why haven't I received any? |

Yes, the SSP update time is current. So that part is working. The data driven pages that show tasks is now 24 hours old. But when we went into the outage there was something like 600,000 tasks available and the splitters were churning out something like 37 tasks per second. The Munin pages have been flatlined since the beginning of the outage. |

Yes, I've been looking at the SSP since yesterday. It shows there is work. So why haven't I received any? It shows there WAS work as of 25 hours ago. Until the data driven web pages are back it will continue to show the last state before they went down. |

While the SSP is being "updated" at regular intervals the data feeding it is many hours out of date as this extract shows: Results ready to send 0 0 630,681 26h I think the elastic finally broke :-( |

You never crashed really hard in life, did you? You never had life come down upon your head and realaize that you did not really know what to do/? You never had to decide whether to go or stare back at the igorance/. YOU never realized what it is to be me. You never did, did you? You can ignore me all you like, I am not going away. Not ever. Although some would wish me to be. A pox on you. i am here forever. |

The point I was trying to make .... where did the 600,000 tasks go at the beginning of the outage. I never got any when the project servers came back up. I asked and will ask again. Did ANYONE get any of the 600,000 tasks in the RTS buffer after the servers came back? |

Yes, and the server pages are current. Zero tasks in RTS buffer. Now we get to fight over whatever the splitters spew out. |

Knew it, rational discussion, couldn't last. The resident under bridge dweller ejaculated his fishing lines all over the politics threads when he found out the boards were back. Sigh. |
