I think something over there just crashed. Not maintenance.

My humble opinion is that they might as welll shut it down totally. There's minimal life on the boards anyhow, so why keep it up and pay for something that's almost not used at all.

Kapoof the Seti@home servers, and the SETI project admins can post whatever news there is to the BOINC board. That would save at least some money, that they can use for something better.

No I would not like that to happen. There is a myriad of technical knowledge about BOINC buried in 20 years of posts in the forums. A priceless resource in my opinion.

Beta responds with the normal down for maintenance PDQ. Wait an eternity and got a text only response from main of the same. Something has BSOD.

It's back, but as expected not the SSP and the scheduler.

It's back*but only* an outage message, copyright notice and BOINC logo .

Don't ever remember seeing that combo in the 19+ year's of the project.

No as intermittently it has been up and going down again. You can only burn heads when it's a continuous outage.

Sure, they're attempting to get Nebula to work, there is no need to maintain anything on the web site because nothing is changing there except a few posts on the message boards.

Must be keeping them too busy to check what day it is then.

One of them is keeping busy rebuilding the back of his house. By the back I mean knocking things to bits, building new bits - and making sure the coffee machine is still working.

My checking it is Monday. But I guess Tuesday has arrived in a few islands.

It's Tuesday here. And cold and clear.
But it's possible their calendar is broken.
