. . The site is back up, I was able to report work but back to the "no tasks available" ... why am I not surprised?

All of mine are back too, and some machines have even picked up some new work - fortunately, all the machines which had a completely idle GPU.

Just downloading 100+ tasks for both GPU and CPU both machines

LOL. Just think, it might NOT be back Monday & they decide to stay down until Wed to cover the regular Tues fun.
Now that would be some bitching from all those that micro-manage. :-)

. . Hey, the biggest problem it creates for us micro managers is that it leaves us with nothing to do but twiddle our thumbs. It gets very boring ... :)

It is Monday evening on the upper left coast so it is time to make sure this thread is ready for Tuesday's eagerly anticipated festivities after the joy the weekend provided us. Now we can speculate what the project will provide us.

I think previous posters are right... we have started the outrage with an unplanned crash. Hopefully it will only be a day long outrage and not a multi-day outrage.

You guys are talking about fire again. Did I tell you about the time I accidentally set fire to a field in behind my house as a kid... the whole field burned down but the small spot where I freaked out and dropped the matches. My dad found the box and looked at it and at me and said " hmm, same brand we have at home" and then walked off. Anyway, I'm good with machines, not so good with fire. I'll stick to the howling bit.

It is going to be a long rainy day here, so I'll be around to chat and "micro manage" my seti :-)

Nice early outage gives those with itchy typing fingers time to turn them green & enjoy a "lovely Spring Day". :-)

The status page is back up. The standard outage notice has been posted, but the database is still down. Hard to backup the database when it is down. I hope they figure out this latest issue easily.

That proves setting one's hair on fire and howling at the moon makes things better.
