Hi, I'm here. placing my bet on a nice normal outage of 3-4 hours. The system appears to have been running smoothly this week with no hiccups. Cheers to the seti team!!! |

I've been crunching seti for a long long time... had to change accounts though. It was nice when I could crunch at night at work, but alas I had to create a new account and crunch at home. I've survived many a long outrage, but still I remain a chirpy optimistic person (my husband does not think this is a good quality). Happy to be a seti volunteer cheerleader! |

Hi, If you discount the oopsie on no stats exports for three days. Hope they address that issue with a permanent fix during the outage. We need more Seti cheerleaders such as yourself to offset all the grumpy goats around here. (Pointing finger at myself) |

so far only part of it is back up, but the process of coming back has started. They were within their 3-4 hour window, so this time my optimism was valid :-) . They've changed the order of events when coming back up, so it might still be a while to get more WUs. |

If you still have access to your old SETI Account, all you need(ed) to do was Update the e-Mail Address linked to that Account, rather than create a whole new Account. Benefits would be that ALL your accumulated Credit would still be listed, and grow with you, rather than have a new Account starting at Credit=0 and working up from scratch... It's actually still NOT too late to make that Update to the old Account, if you are interested. The ONLY thing you lose on the old Account is access to those machines - being that you state they were from "work"... TL PS: Site is back up. :-) Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9!
