OIC. It reminds me of Inspector Clousseau in the movie The Pink Panther. Clousseau enters the lobby of a hotel in Paris and goes to the stairway. He wants to go up the stairs but a small, yappy dog growls at him and threatens to bite if he proceeds up the stairway. He turns to the clerk at the desk and asks, "Does your dig bite?". The clerk responds, "No." Clousseau puts his foot on the first step and the dog lunges and bites hard on his ankle. Clousseau cries out in pain, "You said your dog does not bite!". The clerk responds, "That is not my dog."
