Hi, I was wondering why BOINC has suddenly loaded a huge amount of tasks. I usually have 3 tasks at a time calculating, but for some reason there are now over 90 tasks in the list.

Also it seems like Docking hasn't been running for 5 days now, not sure if they're having problems at their end.

The D@H servers seem to be fine, per this piece of connection log [no need for work]:

241 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:00 update requested by user
242 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:03 [sched_op] Starting scheduler request
243 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:03 Sending scheduler request: Requested by user.
244 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:03 Not requesting tasks: suspended via Manager
245 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:03 [sched_op] CPU work request: 0.00 seconds; 0.00 devices
246 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:06 Scheduler request completed
247 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:06 [sched_op] Server version 603
248 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:06 Project requested delay of 3 seconds
249 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:06 [sched_op] Deferring communication for 3 sec
250 Docking 6-11-2012 10:01:06 [sched_op] Reason: requested by project

The dump of work is a sign that something is wrong with your local DCF... the projected completion times off. E.g. if jobs were running 10 hours on average, and the DCF gets suddenly reduced from 1.2 to 0.1, suddenly your client thinks it can do much more. Check the project properties screen. That said, projects are being warped by clients that are also set to do GPU work. A client version would be of interest to know.

I'm using the latest version of Win x64 Manager. Now it seems Docking isn't loading any tasks, I think I saw one task running yesterday, but it hasn't sent anything in a week, or my credit hasn't changed in a week at least.

Oh, never mind, seems Docking is working again. Almost a week since it last got any credit though, I'll have to keep an eye on if it actually manages to send anything out.

A month ago I got two pages of tasks, ON BOTH COMPUTERS, immediatly after I dumped that other task, like the one that appeared from the blue and set things up so that Seti was second in line.
One computer still has them while the other has sent them packing. Its a bit boring, and probably so am I, but these boxes are mine.
cheers MaxG.
