Windows 7. Boinc 7.0.28 (x64) I thought I'd wrap several calls to boinccmd in python to do scheduling that's more complicated than what's in the client. boinccmd --get_tasks works fine and I parse it in python. OK, now need to test suspending a task. C:\Program Files\BOINC>boinccmd --task climateprediction.net hadam3p_eu_2qjs_196 7_1_008183034_1 suspend C:\Program Files\BOINC>echo %errorlevel% 0 seems to have no effect and there don't seem to be any messages to that effect. Double-check the task name; try it on other tasks - all to no effect. What if I suspend the whole project? That works and I can resume as well. So the project level works but the task level doesn't. Is there a log file for the service/daemon anywhere? Not that I can find. Maybe I need to --project_attach except that in the several yrs I've used boinc I've never been sure what my boinc authorization is? It makes an account boinc_master upon install but doesn't ask for a password nor does it give me one. So far, baffled. |

C:\Program Files\BOINC>boinccmd --task climateprediction.net hadam3p_eu_2qjs_1967_1_008183034_1 suspend I'm not sure if it will make a difference but try: C:\Program Files\BOINC>boinccmd --task http://climateprediction.net/ hadam3p_eu_2qjs_1967_1_008183034_1 suspend ![]() ![]() |
