It seems that the 7.0.25 Linux x86-64 client gets stuck into thinking that the computer is in use all the time, though on one there is no one logged on and on another it's being accessed via NX but its window is minimized.

I double-checked that suspend_cpu_usage is set to 0 in the first one and to 75 in the other.

Please, advise.

Oh, hold on, are you using 7.0.23 because that's what the links linked to?
All links now point to 7.0.25, so please try updating to that version first.

If 7.0.23 was a typo on your part, ignore my request. :)
I have sent word about your problem to the developers, am waiting for an answer.

Try Boinc 7.0.25 instead now the links have been fixed,

Sorry, a typo. I'm using 7.0.25 and fixed my initial post.

Thanks.

No need to bump. I have forwarded it to the developers, but as I understand it, until David returns from China coming Sunday, not much is happening.

Does the machine do any background processing while the machine is idling? Indexing? Running VM(s)?

Nothing out of the usual. Its CPU usage is less than 1% for both user and system times when I let BOINC suspend because it thinks that the computer is in use.

Thanks.
