The Boinc Manager needs the ability to schedule a task to run right now.
Often I find a few tasks waiting to run at 99% completion because some high priority task jumps in and takes over all of the CPUs! The MilkyWay tasks are good at taking over by scheduling high priority tasks which can run for days!
Thats just not fair in my opinion. Why are THEY so special? Geez!
So I just want the ability to click on that poor SETI task waiting at 99% to complete to finish and be on its way...

Yeah, I think I suggested something similar a while ago.

But some projects don't have very accurate time/percentage to completion and could hijack your host and cause another task to miss it's deadline.

Someone will be along shortly to tell you that you shouldn't interfere with the BOINC client scheduler because it knows better than you do ;)
