Hi, I am trying to run the BOINC wrapper with worker (from samples). I am getting the following messages on my client: Starting worker230_nodelete_1 starting task worker230_nodelete_1 using worker version 100 computation for task worker230_nodelete_1 finished Output file worker230_nodelete_1 for task worker 230_nodelete_1 absent So far all my config files are from: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/WrapperApp I have seen a few similar threads but solutions don't seem to work for me. I assume that the output file is not generated due to an error or there is a mismatch between the name of the generated file and name in the result template but I am unable to get any info about the error. Any help much appreciated. My settings are as follows: Work Unit: <file_info> <number>0</number> </file_info> <workunit> <file_ref> <file_number>0</file_number> <open_name>A1</open_name> <copy_file/> </file_ref> <rsc_fpops_bound>1000000000000</rsc_fpops_bound> <rsc_fpops_est>1000000000000</rsc_fpops_est> </workunit> Result template: <file_info> <name><OUTFILE_0/></name> <generated_locally/> <upload_when_present/> <max_nbytes>5000000</max_nbytes> <url><UPLOAD_URL/></url> </file_info> <result> <file_ref> <file_name><OUTFILE_0/></file_name> <open_name>out</open_name> <copy_file/> </file_ref> </result> |

When the client reports, you will be able to check the result, and there should be an error code like 193 or 127. If it's 127 it's due to a missing library on the client. But you need to join the developers mail list as Dagorath said. CIC1=CC=C(C2=N[C@@H](CC(OC(C)(C)C)=O)C3=NN=C(C)N3C4=C2C(C)=C(C)S4)C=C1 |
