I am not sure if this is the right place for this post, please move it if I misplaced it.
I have a proposal for a project. However, I don't have servers or the knowledge to code the application. The project involves a search for fractals in function graphs. Please reply about this.

Some suggestions that MIGHT help:

Search through the various BOINC projects related to math and ask a few of them if they are interested in adding such an application.

Also, check which universities they are connected with, and see if attending one of those universities will make that university interested in adding it, especially if you take classes relevant to the programming of such a project.

I would expect many universities to make servers available to those in the more advanced classes on how to use them.
