Hello,

There are a lot of statistics tools available but I alwys use http://BOINCstats and put some data in a calc sheet to see if everthing is running and going as I like.

How can we repair this? Or is it done?

It echos the following message:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Thanks.

Indeed, when clicking on BOINCstats in a project, i.e. Einstein@home, it went to http://boinc.com/stats/boinc_user_graph. and so on with numbers (the account number I think) and then the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

Hello again,

The problem is with me.
I have a second pc running (with Vista) and there it is working perfectly.

The one where it is still not working is Windows7. I will look in the settings of IE for a solution. If someone knows how to, that would be great.

I find it strange. On the Windows7 machine I look at Einstein@home and have the following statistic links:
Free-DC
BOINCstats
Team Starfire World BOINC Stats 'N Stones
The Knights Who Say 'Ni!'
BOINC Combined Statistics
BOINC all Project Stats
BOINC Statistics for the WORLD!

And all are working fine except BOINCstats. Could that really be a setting problem?

Thanks

It's working fine in my account, the link is http://www.boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=999daca9efac06bffb127a67d9c47f12.
What's the link with you?

Hello Saenger,

Mine link is: http://www.boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=59d70a215b53785830b42115c27c50b2

When I click on your link, I got the same error message as when clicking on it.
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

I think by the way that these links alone can be seen by the owner.

Nope, I can follow both links without problems (IE6). The error message would be another one anyway if access would be restricted to the owner.

Gundolf

Both of these links work for me, using Firefox, so it may be an IE problem.

Perhaps something's been changed, and now only works with the latest IE?
Or a problem caused by a recent Windows Update?

edit
Ah.
So it works with IE6. So something else.

I can follow both links with IE8, both the Windows XP and the Windows 7 versions (and I've never had any problems reaching my own stats witheir either version).

I can only surmise that the OP's Windows 7 IE installation has something unusual, perhaps a security setting or an ad blocker, getting in the way. I've also occasionally seen third-party toolbars with pop-up blockers cause unexpected problems.

Thanks for the info so far.

I don;t use any third-party toolbars, and IE6, IE7 and IE8 worked perfect for me in the past.
The strange thing is that all the other cross project statistics work fine, such as Free-DC, BOINC all Project Stats, and all the others except BOINCstats and that I cannot follow.
