All I get is the following message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable".

That sounds like only part of the message.
The other part being about not being able to find the msi file.
(network resource is the last port of call on the search path.)

I've tried suggestions under FAQ article: "Windows Installer Error 1714: older version cannot be removed / BOINC.msi cannot be found / The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."

Same, above, error message.
