If my Windows XP OS is seeing my I8400 core 2 Duo as 4 processors why is BOINC only utilizing 2 of those processors? Do I need to turn something on, is it not in the program yet, or is the CPU utilized as 2 64 bit processors, or something else?

What percentage of CPU time are your prefs set for? (Both on the project site and in the manager.) (Under Use at most)

50%, perhaps?

I have them at 100%. I don't think I know about a "site" to change prefs.

site = project(s) web site(s).
Your Account page there has lots of things, including preferences.
