I've been running SETI and Rosetta for years and I'd like to build a linux box with one of the fastest GPU cards (one or more?). Cost is not much of an object but I'd like to end up with something supported that works (I know only certain projects support GPUs today). Can someone suggest what GPU card (and other parts if relevant) I should use? I see some cards that claim to have hundreds of GPU's on them - would love that if they are supported. Thanks.
