I would be very very glad if I could use BOINC Client under the AROS Environment. But I don't know how to compile it for AROS.

AROS is a advanced i386 Port of former 68k Amiga OS 3.1

If you don't know, then who would? I highly doubt wxWidgets can run on any Amiga OS, but OK. Use http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Anonymous_platform to your advantage. It has links to the BOINC source code.
