Put your computer to work! Join us NOW! The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) will be resuming work in the very near future. More team members are more important than how much processor time each individual member contributes. Give what you can. Team is open to all rational atheists, freethinkers, humanists etc.and all others as long as there are no flame wars or derogatory comments. I personally think the LHC project is fascinating and I invite you to share that! Please note that you can join this group from any of the other projects we participate in.

Hi Dave, you can count me in! Just one thing - the web page I ended up on after clicking on your link, was all ummm, screwy...

Not sure if it is just a browser thing or not.

The lhc forum pages have lots of problems, because the software hasn't been updated for a long time.
And just because the collider itself will be restarted soon, it does NOT mean that there will be any work at lhc@home, because that project is/was only there to do design work on the magnets.
All of the real science work is being done on a separate, high speed, professional network called The Grid.

Yesterday I saw a professional Humanist, not one by conviction, post the statement that he found proof for Atheists to be doing good too. Just that could be enough for me to change to your team... and found your branch at WCG:

keep it up guys

BTW, you better put a placeholder captain/founder in. The position is vacant and team-jacking always on the prowl.
