I was wondering if CUDA app's are allowed to run to completion on a geforce board or if they can swap out like the cpu bound tasks swap out.

I have not given much thought to his but recently I noticed that aqua was timesharing with gpugrid and seti (on 1 system) and all my aqua tasks were generating errors. I posted on the aqua forum about his but I wanted to know if it was OK for two cuda tasks to share the device.

system NOT sharing has no errors:

system sharing full of errors:

maybe it was just a coincidence???
