Vista 32 SP2 AMDx2
BOINC v6.6.36
Advanced > Options > Untick "Run manage at login"

Reboot, it still runs, and it's magically ticked again. How can I get it to not auto start? I want to be able to start it myself.

Start->Run, type regedit, click OK.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Space Sciences Laboratory, U.C. Berkeley\BOINC Manager
Edit DisableAutoStart, set it to 1
Exit regedit.

Reboot..

Did you just untick the option and then reboot, or did you untick the option, click OK to finalize the option and then reboot? Just asking.

I hit OK to finalize it. I'm going to guess it's a bug with saving the option? I'll try that registry change, thanks.

Could be something local that is causing it, it works here... I know, that doesn't say much, but there aren't many complaints coming that this doesn't work at all. So too soon to call it a bug, not if you're the only one having the problem.
