I'm attempting to build BOINC from source. I downloaded the core_release_6_4. I'm building under Ubuntu 9.04.

The error I am getting is as follows:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `boincmgr.16x16.png', needed by `all-am'. Stop.

One side question. The BOINC website recommends version 6.6.36 for Windows, but for linux says that version is the development version, and might be unstable. Is this indeed the case? Is 6.4 still the latest recommended version to be building from source?

Thanks.
