I was sure this would have been covered, but my searches for: BOINC - network, pop-up, popup, notice
all resulted in nothing.

The BOINC client frequently reminds me that the internet is not accessible. This is not something I need told to me, I know that I am not always connected. I can't seem to find a way to make BOINC just shut up and use the internet if it is available, and sit back and relax if it is not available.

Any help?

Depends on the version of BOINC, but in the latest 6.4 and 6.6 versions go Advanced view->Advanced->Options->slide the Network reminder interval bar to zero. OK out.

In older versions this will put up 1 pop-up per second, so do check which version of BOINC you're using.

Ah, wonderful. I suppose I should have surmised that 0 means don't remind me. Thank you for the help. (BOINC 6.6.x)
