Hello people,

I've been trying to setup BOINC on a Debian machine but I'm having trouble setting up the account manager.

When setting up the account manager with --boinc_cmd --acct_mgr_rpc, boinc_cmd is putting my FQDN behind the url of the manager.. so instead of DNS-ing bam.boincstats.com it DNS' bam.boincstats.com.my.domain.name... (When I ping bam.boincstats.com it resolves the address the right way..)

Is there any way to stop this from happening? Because of this I get a response message (acct_mgr_reply.xml) from the server of my domain hoster..

Any help is welcome.

Thank you,

Jack
