What do you think about portable version ?
I try make some test file from latest stable version 6.2.19 (32bit win xp)

Maybe it's good idea to release for users new portable versions ?

That will break projects using homogeneous redundancy. If you plug your USB key with portable BOINC into an Intel machine, then some more on an AMD machine, you will probably corrupt the results.
