I dont want Bonic on my computer anymore. I can't find out how to removed all the stuff it did (i.e. created a user account, and all the stuff that it put on my computer). I tried to uninstall it via the Windows Program Manager, that only removes the actual program. I want ALL of the stuff that BONIC put on my computer when I installed it, and all the changes it made, off. |

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/ClientSetupLogicWinSixCleanup Additional to that, delete the BOINC directory (default at C:\Program Files\BOINC) and the BOINC Data directory, which depending on your Windows version can be found at these default places: Windows 98/SE/ME: C:\Windows\All Users\BOINC\ or C:\Windows\Profiles\All Users\BOINC\ Windows 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BOINC\ Windows Vista: C:\ProgramData\BOINC\ For Windows Vista the BOINC Data directory can be hidden, so make sure you set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders. Last thing, why is that you want to get rid of BOINC? |
