Typed directly into address bar: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/BoincCmd_tool

versus

http://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Boinccmd_tool

[offtopic]Probably discussed before here, but the search tool on this forum drives me up the wall (the one at WCG is not much better to take that angle away).

For instance, how to search for a known piece of text "Another way around" I just picked from a current post other than reverting to oogle and opting to only look here?

Maybe a wiki how to navigate the forum.... not found it :(

e.g. the forum advanced search underlines the Author ID search as
For example: "43214", but the name seems to work too.[/offtopic]
sorry for testing your patience again ;>)

Just wondering, are you thinking of using boinccmd in the script I hinted at in this thread? If so and if you're going to pass it around then there are some very important considerations regarding unnecessary project server loading. Not an issue if you keep the script to yourself.

No and all too aware. There is a way already in the Unsaid department (yeah right, just do a little RTM).

The first letter of the target page is automatically capitalized and spaces are represented as underscores (typing an underscore in the link will have a similar effect as typing a space, but is not recommended, since the underscore will also be shown in the text).

MediaWiki is case sensitive, and has always been. Except for the first letter, which must always be uppercase, so if you type it lowercase mediawiki will convert it.

If you think there is any chance that somebody will search for it as BoincCmd, it's easy to add a redirect.
