Reading the rules, I'm not at all certain my newly created team will pass the restrictions. I am a survivor of religious abuse who is interested in expanding human knowledge as a countermeasure to the rapid spread and global threat posed by Christian Zionism.

The name I gave my team is Christ Killers because that best sums up my beliefs. I'm not a child wearing a black t-shirt designed to shock and offend. I'm a grown man who has spent over a quarter of a century recovering from the abuse I suffered and striving to find ways of fighting back against my abusers.

Resistance to Christian Zionism...a term that may be new to many of you...is the single most important task of our time. By CZ I am referring to far right wing politics thinly disguised as Christianity by the Left Behind media industry and the Fundamentalist/Charismatic juggernaut.

I'm not sure why a site such as this would have to be 'kid friendly.' To suggest that my beliefs are 'hate-related' is an Orwellian perversion.

Perhaps I am being too hasty. I would certainly not want to jump to an unmerited conclusion.

Killing the Christ refers to a well known axiom concerning the Buddha. Preciseily: "If you meet the Buddha on the road, kill him." My intention was to Westernize this concept and the most obvious Westernization would be "If you meet the Christ on the road, kill him."

I do not mean to refer to the common antisemitic term for Jewish people as "Christ Killers", it would make no sense, since I am referring to myself and those who would join my team as a "Christ Killers" and I am not Jewish.

Again, the concept of reducing all communications on the Internet to that which can be viewed by a child is ridiculous and a flat out excuse for censorship. It is part and parcel of the dumbing down of science to the point of castrating it of all possibility of being a meaningful discussion.

Furthermore, it is the Christian Zionist who are, in fact, blatantantly and obviously antisemitic in as much as their Apocalptic views start with the removal of all Christians from the earth in the Rapture and the resultant plagues and the calamities to be endured on the Earth are directed towards the Jewish people in an effort to get them to accept the "Christ" as their Messiah.

If I were you, I'd be more concerned about the issues I raise and less concerned about the "political correctness" of my teams name.

OK, I've decided to change the name of the team I've established. I realized the Christ Killers is too harsh and, because of its association with antisemitism, is inappropriate.

Instead I am calling my team The Anti-Christians.

Nothing objectionable about that?

You know the basis of the world of The Matrix was gotten totally backwards? You watched the movie and came away with the idea that the world of video games and the Net was the real world. Am I the only one whose actually read Jean Baudrillard's Simulacra and Simulation?
