i am trying to install new 6.2.4 version of BOINC.
after install and restart client is not running ...
after manual start of BOINC service , service has crashed with error 1067 : process exited unexpectly ....

wtf ?

is somewhere some step by step manual for install ???

Make sure you don't have another application running on TCP port 443.
Make sure the installation process finished correctly.
Exit and uninstall any previous version of BOINC.
Try a reboot of the system to make sure the ports are cleared.

I'm busy with a FAQ, but most of the steps are in it already. It can be found here.

If you still have problems, mention your OS.
Also say which of the options you used to Install BOINC with.
