According to the CreateProjectCookbook,
I have completed all these jobs,

Create a client directory and copy the core client there, and run it.
mkdir boinc_test
cd boinc_test
cp ../boinc/client/boinc_client .
cp ../boinc/lib/boinc_cmd .
boinc_client

Now, Using the web interface, I have to create an account to the project. As I am setting up server on Ubuntu virtual machine m using "lynx" to access the web interface.
In http://ubuntu.localdomain/cplan there is an option to create account.
But m not able to create account as the message m getting is "Account creation is disabled"

What can i do now??

Remove <disable_account_creation/> from config.xml.

If your project is publicly-visible, you may want to add an invite code to avoid getting hundreds of users join before you're ready :)
