You can run boinc and project(s) without internet access a lot of the time but not all the time. You need internet access to download boinc and get work, and also to report completed work before the workunits' deadline. Some projects and workunits have very short deadlines but others are long.

In an extreme case you could run ClimatePrediction (CPDN), with internet access enabled only once approx every 5 weeks.

In an even more extreme case you could run CPDN on a computer with no internet access and once every 5 weeks transfer the complete boinc folder to another computer with internet access and run it there just long enough to send its results to the server. Then transfer the boinc folder back to the computer with no internet. For projects with shorter deadlines nobody would want to do all this extra work.

I want to run BOINC on the PC without Internet, but with LAN connection with the PC with Internet (this one runs BOINC already).
Can I somehow use BOINC manager on Internet PC from non Internet PC to run BOINC on it ?

i think any OS can be a client of an ICS machine, as long as the machine with the connection is running XP Pro I think.

In that case, look for the "Internet Connection Sharing" function of WinXP.

Or buy a router ;)
