While installing the new client (5.2.7) for Windows, I got to the drive confirmation dialog and then got an error. The dialog said: "internal error 2803 : no dialog" and then the program went to the finish screen with no software installed.

It's an error generated by the MSI/Windows Installer. Check this list of error references.

Which Windows version do you have and have you been at Windows Update lately to pick up the new Windows Installer 3.1?

Yes, I have the 3.1 installer. Seems it was a disk space issue that once I got some cleared up it just installed; the error should have been more specific but what can I expect ...
