This project thread contains a discussion of a display glitch which we have determined is systemic with the BOINC server.

Not a bug.

Team stats pages are not cached all at once (which would quite defy the use of caching), therefore if page #2 is cached 30 minutes after #1 is cached, the teams may already have shifted from one page to another.

I agree this is not very nice looking, but I don't think there is a nice solution. If you have one, please let me know.
