I'm running 2 PCs, one on BOINC 4.2.5, that runs OK, the other on 5.2.7 won't switch between the projects I am running, even though it is set to do so every 60 mins, it just runs SETI continuously

What is your resource share for the projects? Was this changed recently? Are any of the SETI results approaching deadline (within a day or two)? If you are on Windows, you can look at the Long Term Debt for your projects with a utility such as BOINCDV or BOINCView - if on Mac, use BOINC Stat Viewer. (I don't know about Linux.) If the LTD for SETI is 'very high', due to having run some other project more than your resource share says, it will run until this debt is paid back, then it will begin to switch projects again. If it is an LTD problem, it will go away on it's own, or you can use BOINCDV or whatever to "reset" the debts.
