If you look really hard you can sort of see the date 2012 in it, or even the word LoNDoN except that the small shape in the middle has to be used for O twice.

I'm wondering whether the logo portends an innovative architectural style for the new buildings required.

It was a very controversial logo when they released it first, possibly because like Aaron said, it cost a lot of money.

But the more i see this London 2012 logo, the more i like it. It has class and style and most important, its very easy to recognize at a glance.

I like it :). The Olympics will be a massive event for London.
