The pie chart shows some projects more than once, and doesn't show all the projects. looks like it only shows the first sixteen projects and then repeats them in sequence. Could have something to do with the colors repeating every sixteen projects also.

WFM with 20 projects. Project Names are not repeated. Colors do, as you note.

I guess what I am saying is the color and size of the slices seems correct for the list of projects that I run, but when you move the cursor over the slices, the names are not correct for all slices. The names are duplicated for the same slice colors even though they are different sizes.

You learn something every day. I had never placed the cursor over a slice.
