I'm running Windows Home 10.0.19045 Dell Inc. Inspiron 3910 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700, 2100 Mhz 12 Cores - 20 Processors Memory - 16 GB Boinc - 7.22.2 (x64) wxWidgets Version: 3.2.2 I'm setup to run 7 Projects but only two projects are getting work: World Community Grid and Asteroids@Home Boinc will only use 33% of CPU time. It uses all 20 Processors but only one-third of their maximum. All CPU Preferences in the Projects and the Preferences in Boinc are set to 100%. I can't find any solution on this Forum to get Boinc to use more than 33% of my CPU time. Can someone please tell me what I have to do to get Boinc to use more than 33% CPU time in each Processor! Thanks in advance! Mbark |

Which project(s) is this happening with. There have been projects in the past such as Quake Catcher Network that use almost zero processor percentage. I want to exclude the possibility that this is just down to the tasks being run. |

Dave, It's the two Projects that I stated: World Community Grid and Asteroids@Home. Also, Rosetta has ran a very few work units and the 33% was still what the total 20 processors ran at! There was one time for just a short period of time that I saw it running at 50% and I think Rosetta was running! I thought that that was because one or more projects was about to hit the Deadline. Normally, even with Rosetta running, it only would use 33% of the CPU time! |
