This question has been asked many times and here we go again. For the love of BOINC would you please give the Manager a dark theme option for display. Those of us with poor vision strain to read anything on the current theme.
You have a dark theme here & on your website so why not the Manager itself?
Someone is being lazy!! Please help those of us with poor eyesight!!

Have you put a request in at git-hub? The developers who would do this live over there and with only the odd exception tend not to read these forums.

I hope you don't have to do that. Do bear in mind that all the developers for BOINC are volunteers and are not paid for what they do. My own knowledge of programming is all in languages old enough to be of so little use, I have no idea how difficult the problem is. It probably needs someone to join the development team with that particular expertise or a current member of the team with the time to learn. Either way, it is unlikely to happen quickly as it will mean someone having to either learn about the BOINC programme from scratch or to learn the required skillset.

3115 is the link to the previous request for this in case anyone reading has the skills to help. Looking at your request, I see that the problem is that wxWidgets the library that BOINC is build with does not support dark mode on Windows. That suggests to me it really is an issue unless someone writes the code for that library first.

I am sure there are those with more knowledge of coding than I have who could say more.

The third party BOINC Manager alternative Boinctasks Js has a dark theme.

You can also try the normal Boinctasks as you can set all kinds of visual/view options.

I get a dark themed Boinc Manager when I set my Ubuntu OS to dark mode. The only tab in the Manager that does not support dark mode is the Notices tab.

That's not what the developer said.
Please also keep in mind, that currently wxWidgets (GUI library used in BOINC Manager) has no native support of dark mode on Windows, so this is not so easy feature to implement.

The whole graphical user interface uses wxWidgets extensively to show everything in the manager. If that graphics library does not support native dark mode on Windows, it isn't the BOINC developers unwilling to make an effort.

Looking at the github page of wxWidgets (https://github.com/wxWidgets/wxWidgets/issues) it seems they're already busy developing dark mode support in wxWidgets but have all sorts of bugs. You'll just have to wait until they're done developing and testing.

Yes, came in very handy during the Pentathlon for managing remote systems. Interface is a bit challenging but covers all the basics.
